Job Description:

You will provide quality and personalized one-stop information service for the clinics. This includes handling general enquiries and managing outpatient appointments through phone, email, web chat, as well as other online platforms

Job Responsibilities:

· Answer high-volume inbound calls and respond to inquiries related to day surgery and/or imaging services.

We are looking for an experienced and empathetic Customer Service Manager to lead and elevate our customer support operations. The Customer Service Manager will oversee a team of support specialists, manage customer inquiries, and implement strategies to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

We would want to speak with you if you are / have –

• Experience: 5+ years in customer service, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in footwear, retail, or lifestyle brands is a plus.

• Problem-Solving: Strong ability to resolve issues effectively and efficiently.

Service Crew Responsibilities / Requirements:

• Availability to work around peak hours, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Provide information and assistance (product or service) to customers.

Job Scope
