Responsibilities:

· Support United Primary Care Network (PCN) recruitment, onboarding, and training of GP Partners.

· Promote GP engagement, attend to their enquiries and support them in Healthier SG (HSG) drive.

· Work closely with GPs for PCN and HSG enrolment of chronic and well patients

· Liaise with the service providers or GPs in arranging provision of ancillary services by PCN/HSG

· Share Clinic Performance Management to GP partners.

· Assist Nurse Counsellors to provide basic counselling to patients on their care plan compliance and lifestyle modification as required.

· Perform adhoc duties assigned by the Head of PCN.

Job Requirement:

· GCE O Level/ Diploma Holder/ Degree Holder.

· Relevant work experience in healthcare would be an added advantage.

· Ability to work as a team player and independently with minimal supervision.

· Meticulous and able to keep proper and timely documentation of HSG/PCN records, database and quality-related reports.

About You

What You’ll Be Doing

The main responsibilities of the role will be:-

What You’ll have

• Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain or related discipline.
• 8-10 years of experience in customer service, and logistics management roles, preferably in in FMCG industry.
• Proven track record in leading successful logistics operations, including warehouse management, inventory control and transportation.
• Previous working experience in 3PL is preferred.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management and the ability to plan and organize strategic initiatives related to customer service.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

JOB TITLE: COACH (SOCIAL SERVICE ASSISTANT)

Objectives: The objective of PSGC is to provide trauma-informed care in a safe and nurturing environment to help the Children & Young Persons (CYPs) recover from their past traumatic experiences and promote their overall well-being.

Desired outcomes: The desired outcomes for the CYPs in the PSGC are as follows:

i. Safety from abuse and neglect while in care;

ii. Improved emotional and behavioural functioning in residential, school and family settings;

iii. Experience of stability while in care; and

iv. Reintegration with their families (or other appropriate permanency options, i.e. fostering, stepping down to main Home/other Homes) within 18 months of entry into the PSGC.

The Job:

1. Help create and maintain a child-centred, homely therapeutic community that is responsive to the developmental needs of clients, where clients are enabled to grow holistically, work towards emotional stability and develop their full potential.

2. Familiarise oneself with the background, treatment plan and daily progress of all clients and help implement their treatment plans.

3. Provide individualised care and supervision of 1 - 2 CYPs, supporting the Supervisor/ Social Worker/ Psychologist/ Head of Dept in the intervention programmes carried out in the residential, school and family settings.

4. Conduct one face-to-face session (at least ½ hour) with their assigned CYPs every week, using therapeutic approaches and other intervention strategies such as OT and Positive Behavioural Plans.

5. Carry out the daily operational duties and supervise clients in their regular activities such as having their meals, going to school or attending programmes run by the SGC, and participating in these activities with the clients where appropriate.

6. Assist clients with any difficulties related to day-to-day issues in the dorm, and ensure their welfare and safety

7. Promote discipline among the clients and be a mentor or role model to them.

8. Assess and respond to crises or conflicts (including using MAPA skills) and escalate to supervisor or deputy head of the home when needed.

9. Provide feedback to the Deputy Head and Social Worker on clients’ behaviours and compliance with activities that are part of their treatment plan.

10. Participate in shift-to-shift communication, which includes completing daily documentation, reading the logbook and providing important handover information to staff at the change of every shift.

Job Description

We are seeking a Service & Bar Associate / Lead to join our vibrant and customer-focused team. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional service, preparing beverages and food, and maintaining operational standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Greet and engage with customers, providing friendly and attentive service.
• Beverage & Food Preparation: Craft coffee-based beverages, teas, and menu items following our unique recipes and procedures.
• Service Excellence: Serve food and beverages while ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Menu Knowledge: Be well-versed with the menu to make recommendations to customers.
• Order Management: Follow standard operating procedures for order-taking and food & beverage preparation.
• Cashier Duties: Handle payments and maintain accurate cash register records.
• Station Setup: Ensure workstations are properly set up and stocked before the start of each shift.
• Cleanliness & Maintenance: Keep work areas clean and orderly, and manage inventory efficiently.
• Stock Management: Monitor and replenish inventory to support daily operations, minimizing wastage.
• Team Support: Assist in various tasks as needed, contributing to the smooth operation of the establishment.

Requirements

• Experience: Preferably 1 year of service experience, though not mandatory. Training will be provided for those new to the industry.
• Work Ethic: Demonstrates initiative, strong work ethics, and a desire to learn and improve.
• Personality: Warm, cheerful, and customer-oriented.
• Communication: Strong communication skills, fluent in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Team Player: Capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

Additional Information

1. Salary: Up to $2,800 basic plus variable bonus.
2. Work Week: Alternating 5 or 6 days per week (e.g., 5 days in the first week, 6 days in the second), including weekends and public holidays.
3. Shifts: 8 or 10-hour shifts, with the earliest start at 7am and the latest end at 7:30pm.
