What you will be doing:

Customer Fronting:

• Ensuring customers receive an efficient solution to all enquiries pertaining cylinder commercial issues
• Monitor, report and follow-up on customers’ complaints/non-compliance to the cylinder business models agreed
• Support correct administration of the assets on board customer vessels, including tracking of cylinders, analyzing cylinder discrepancies onboard customers’ vessel
• Utilizing conflict resolution techniques to de-escalate tense situations
• Escalating unresolved claims and credits to ensure these are resolved within KPI target
• Responsible for adhoc control of the count of cylinders in customers’ possession

Internal Stakeholder Management:

• Communicating with the rest of the Sales & CS teams, Credit team, Global Invoicing team, KL Coordination Team and Operations
• Support and assure competence in the network related to cylinder commercial models, including training
• Ensure correct usage of internal system with regards to all applications related to cylinder commercial transactions
• Suggesting process improvements and ways of working through identifying recurring issues, trends and reporting them business process owner/manager

Summary

Your role & responsibilities as a Coach:

1. Help create and maintain a child-centred, homely therapeutic community that is responsive to the developmental needs of clients, where clients are enabled to grow holistically, work towards emotional stability and develop their full potential.

2. Familiarise oneself with the background, treatment plan and daily progress of all clients and help implement their treatment plans.

3. Provide individualised care and supervision of 1 - 2 CYPs, supporting the Supervisor/ Social Worker/ Psychologist/ Head of Dept in the intervention programmes carried out in the residential, school and family settings.
