About the Role:

To maintain the service education system for trainers and distributors. This includes training on repair processes, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as introducing new products by preparing training schedules and materials. The role also involves promptly tracking technical inquiries and providing remote support to other Business Centres and distributors, ensuring that all administrative documentation is accurate and complete to enhance efficiency and service quality. Additionally, it includes planning and reviewing the Quality Management System to improve repair quality in the repair centre.

Roles and responsibilities:

A. Overall Purpose Of The Job

As a member of the Service Desk team, this position serves as a single point of contact for all IT issues and requests reported by users through the different support channels (phone, email, Self-Service Portal, Tech Concierge Desk).
