JOB PURPOSE

The Regional Service Engineering Manager leads, guides and manages the Service Engineering Teams to ensure that the Company’s products being used by customers are properly configured and commissioned and can be used safely. You Will

• Act as first point of contact and first responder for IT incidents reported by end users, via email, phone, and other online channels as required
