He/ She also has responsibility to maintain the proper condition of repair workbench as assigned.

Roles and responsibilities:

· Perform repair of medical endoscopes.

· Carry out workshop maintenance task assignment. (5S common area)

· Ensure compliance to GDPMDS requirement at all times.

· Perform 5S in individual and scope repair areas at all times.

· Any other duties as assigned.

Job Role

- Conduct preventive maintenance & submitting meter reading in time.

- Provide maintenance and repair issues.

- Providing routine service and maintenance to copiers, scanners, printers, and fax machines

- Setting up and installing new printers, copiers, scanners, and copier management software

- Managing orders and stock of new equipment, parts, and materials.

- Able to advice customer issue explain on site

- Can work independently, establish good relationship with customers and employees.

- To service, and repair a variety of printers, copiers, and scanners In this role

- Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry.

Responsibility

 At least a Higher Nitec or equivalent in engineering, business or a related field is required.

 Professional Industrial Certification would be an added advantage

 No experience required as on job training will be provided.

 Valid driver's license and reliable transport preferred.

 Basic written and verbal communication skills.

 Preferred Proficiency in MS Office software (excel)

 Able to work unscheduled hours.

 Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Participate in various learning experiences, which may include attending workshops and training sessions external certification.

 Keeping abreast of the latest technologies and practices in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer enquiries via telephone calls, walk-in, facebook, corporate website, and emails.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Consolidate customer feedbacks monthly and share with relevant departments promptly and accurately.
• Manage customer database for customer information, feedbacks, complaints and warranty cards.
• Verification of product defects from walk-in customers.
• Handle sales of spare parts for walk-in customers.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess good interpersonal skills
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service, preferebly in FMCG industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Good interpersonal, communication skills and be a committed team player.
• Good command in both written and spoken English.
