Position details:
*Attending to customer phone calls (Call Centre), Email and walk-in customer at Front counter.
*Scheduling daily repair jobs
*Preparing qoutation for repair job and spare part sales
*Coordinate with teachnician on repair job details and follow up
*Handle monthly Service Centre reports and invoices (Senior Customer Service Officer/Team lead position)
*Able to lead and supervise Customer service team (Senior Customer Service Officer/Team lead position)
*Candidate with relevant experience may conside for Senior Customer Service Officer/Team lead position
*Candidate with experience/knowledge on electrical appliance repair and sales will be a plus point
Able to start on Jan 2025 or immediate.
Training will be provide.
5 working days (Monday - Friday), 9am to 6pm
Location: Near Bishan / Marymount
