IT Security Management

• Schedule security scan for identified systems according to policies, and verify all vulnerability rectifications are satisfactorily performed.
• Conduct Security Review on System Access and administration patterns weekly, and report unusual or suspicious activities, if any, to SMO Head Office.
• Track, mitigate and deploy patch security vulnerabilities accordingly to the stipulated timeline. Maintain oversight and submit reports on monthly basis.
• Escalate and/or seek Client’s acceptance and approval of assessed risks.

IT Security Compliance & QA Management

• Ensure compliance status of the Systems adheres to applicable standards, polices, directives and guidelines.

• During audit exercise, work with stakeholders to provide responses and evidences to auditors or compliance related declarations.
• Provide a Rectification Plan on any gaps found.
• Provide rectification plan for issues arising from audit.
• Seek waiver on compliance whenever it is justifiable.
• Ensure all applicable standards, policies, directives, guidelines, deliverables and quality assurance records are filed and kept up-to-date for audit and review purposes.
• Work with Client on system enhancement required for policy changes and audit requirements.

The ideal candidate should possess:

• More than 3 years of IT project management experience and at least 5 years of IT experience, preferably with certification in PMP or CITPM
• Experienced in implementation or support experience in ERP, preferably SAP MM

The SKILT Centre – the SpecialKids Intervention, Learning and Therapy Centre established in collaboration with SpecialKids Child Health & Development Clinic, provides a holistic series of programmes that target individuals aged 2 and upwards, through teenage years.

Role

As a Service Relation Officer, you will be the first point of contact for telephone, email, in-person, WhatsApp, and any other communication channel adopted.

Role & Responsibilities

• Greet and meet people coming into The SKILT Centre and direct them to appropriate areas
• Efficient handling of call inquiries and providing general information of services in The SKILT centre
• ·Screen telephone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and any other communication method adopted, record and relay messages
• Administer registration, take referrals, schedule appointments, and maintain efficient appointments time slots and package sessions
• Generate and calculate invoice, record, collect payment, and issuance of receipts on time
• Handle changes in billing, refunds, and credits.
• Handle closing, settlement, and payment collection
• Provide cross-coverage of other Service Relations Officer who may be on leave.
• Support operation functions as and when needed
• Monitor general hygiene and cleanliness of The SKILT Centre
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management

Requirement

• Fresh Diploma holders are welcome
• GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent with 2 years’ working experience in administration, customer service and/or receptionist role
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to speak mandarin to mandarin speaking parents
• Positive working attitude and customer centric mindset
• Customer service mindset
• Meticulous and organised with attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as a team.
• Enjoy working in fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Ensuring TAC tickets and resolve customer technical complaints within stipulated TTR (Time to Resolve) SLA
• Update/handle tickets in ticketing system as per TAC handbook, respond to incoming emails, calls, and web requests from customer in a timely manner
• Execute and lead service interventions such as system upgrades, configuration changes and preventive maintenances
• Replicate customer problems in lab, escalate issues to engineering when engineering help is required either in debugging or problem has been reproduced in the lab
• Perform on-site or TAC-Remote network audit for customers
• Serve Premium or Strategic customer as a Technical Account Manager (TAM)
• Assist the team with escalations as and when required
• Assist customers in planned major network maintenances
• Participate in rotating day shift duties to support operations
• Deliver basic and advance training to iDirect customers
• Maintain and upgrade the training lab to the latest software release as and when required
• Provide feedback to the content developer on training material for continuous improvement

Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in Electrical/ Electronics/Telecommunications Engineering.
