We are looking for Delivery Manager to support the continued success and delivery of the watchTowr Platform to clients, playing a key liaison role with clients.

A successful Delivery Manager is brilliant at building relationships, and is excited to grow rapidly with the business, being given responsibility and autonomy, but also exposure to some of the smartest people in the industry.

Sounds great – what will I do?

• Supporting the initial engagement with prospective clients to demonstrate what we do, and why we’re the best at it
• Scoping sessions with new clients to get under the skin of their security culture and advise them on how we can support real cultural and behavioural change
• Host insight sessions with clients to share new functionality, threat intelligence, industry trends, and best practices
• End-to-end management of each stage of Proof of Concept exercises, and longer term commercial engagements
• Ensuring each engagement runs smoothly and to schedule
• Coordinating and managing the internal teams involved in the delivery process, ensuring they are in alignment with client objectives
• Pro-actively identifying and troubleshooting delivery issues
• Providing a single, highly-responsive point of contact for clients
• Analysing data strategically to ensure we’re offering the clients a useful and insightful perspective
• Refining and improving existing delivery processes to ensure the best outcomes for our clients

• A successful Delivery Manager is brilliant at building relationships, can balance many different activities at once, and demonstrate professionalism in a client-facing setting.
• You have experience building great relationships with multiple clients and helping them to realise their goals, perhaps in an Account Management, Events Management, or Project Management role.
• An interest in cyber security is essential but experience in the industry is not.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong and effective relationships both with clients and internal teams
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience working in a client-facing role
• Ability to analyse and extract genuine insight from data
• Positive, professional, and ‘can do’ attitude, with the desire to exceed client expectations
• Excellent written, oral and presentation skills
• Good general IT skills: proficient in MS Office products (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Desire to work pro-actively and flexibly in a rapidly changing environment, often with tight deadlines

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage direct reports, ensuring timelines, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Implement project goals within budget, time, and quality in the Division/BL(s).
• Drive digitization through IT systems, including cost-benefit analyses.
• Represent and decide in cross-BL / cross-segment committees for OTC processes.
• Create and track business cases, manage project teams, and practice risk management.
• Define, streamline, and implement standardized processes across Customer Service teams.
• Coordinate processes with users and implement solutions in IT systems.

Requirements:

• 8-10 years of experience in Customer Service managing the order-to-cash cycle.
• Experience with ERP systems, S4/Hana, SAP, CRM, IBP, and Microsoft Office.
• Project Management skills.
• Exposure to process mapping; 6 Sigma Green Belt Certification preferred.

Job Description

• Assisting the Fund Services Manager and Managing Partner for all client matters and maintains client relationships.
• Preparation of the funds’ periodic Net Asset Value (NAV) calculations, financial statements and associated reports.
• Initiate wire and account transfer transactions through various internet banking platforms to settle fund’s expenses, redemptions and subscription money movements etc.
• Preparation and maintenance of investment documents and schedules
• Coordinate investor servicing activities, including fund investor onboarding / KYC, und investor queries, capital calls and distributions.
• Maintenance of fund entity & investor contact database.
• In addition to the duties listed above, the candidate may be requested to perform other ad hoc duties or projects as requested.
