About the role

You will be working in one of the trendiness café with modern decorations and professional environment. As a Tearista/Counter Crew, your key role is to take orders, prepare and serve up delicious drinks and/or food to our customers. 1 Provide First Call Resolution (FCR) technical support via phone and email. Ensure calls are answered and emails are responded promptly

The Service Crew/Captain at La Table D’ Emma plays a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless daily operation, from opening to closing. This position involves taking orders, assisting with table settings, basic cashiering, maintaining cleanliness, and upholding service standards as per management guidelines. The Service Crew/Captain is also responsible for providing excellent customer service, handling inventory, addressing customer feedback, and collaborating with the restaurant team to deliver a pleasant dining experience.

What you will expect:

• Undertake day to day restaurant operational tasks such as taking orders, cashiering, serving food & drinks
• Create high standards of customer experience, be attentive towards the customers and their queries
