Main responsabilités :
â—Ź To deliver or collect machines for after sale and hire fleet customers.
â—Ź Performance of repairs, servicing, preventive maintenance program and quotation job on site.
â—Ź Conduct Training for Operators on the correct method of operation and daily check maintenance of the new and hired fleet machine on site.
â—Ź Assist PE inspection for sale and hire machine fleet on site.
â—Ź Any other technical related aspects as and when required.
â—Ź Responsibility for complete customer satisfaction within the work area. Assists in planning, communicating, and coordinating support plans with customers.
â—Ź Complies with all safety procedures and consistently demonstrates safety as a value.
â—Ź General service report writing for internal and external customers.
â—Ź Ensure the excellence of services by strictly adhering to company standards and policies
â—Ź Thoroughly follow up on all open technical issues until the problems are fully resolved
â—Ź To travel and carry out machine troubleshooting, repair work or rectification and servicing jobs onsite.
â—Ź Write and submit service reports to customers based on the job done.
â—Ź Work as a team to maintain and expand customer base.
â—Ź Collaborate with the team to manage and schedule service calls effectively.
â—Ź To record and submit all service data and reports as and when required
â—Ź To provide accurate, factual reports to the team leader or technical support personnel to enable informed decisions to be made on a course of action to resolve product issues.
â—Ź To carry out machine diagnostic using special diagnostic tools such as,
-Manipad Diagnostic Tool
-I.V Special Tools
-Boom Lift / Scissors Lift Diagnostic Calibrator Tool
â—Ź To utilize Manitou, Genie, JLG & Skyjack diagnostic tools
EDUCATION:
- Higher Nitec in Mechanical or Automotive.
- Diploma in Mechanical or Automotive.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of field service support.
- Ability to work independently.
- Mechanical, Electrical and Hydraulic System troubleshooting skill.
- Experience working with a wide range of brands and models in the aerial equipment industry.
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools and software
- Proven experience in servicing boom lifts, scissor lifts, and other aerial work platforms.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and service manuals.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused attitude.
Requirement:
- Valid driving license (mandatory).
