• Implementation of Engineering/Architecture standards and programs

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or similar
• At least 1.5-2 years’ experience on KDB+ including the delta control platform (Kdb+ is a high-performance column-oriented database from Kx Systems Inc. kdb+ is designed to capture, analyze, compare, and store data − all at high speeds and on high volumes of data)
• Know how to use q (q is the general purpose programming language integrated with kdb+).
• Experience within the technology or banking industry
• Experience of developing or supporting q/KDB+ solutions
• Experience of developing Java solutions is a plus.
• Scripting (Shell)

What You'll Be Doing

• Customer Onboarding: Work closely with the Business Development and Customer Success teams to onboard new customers onto the Fairmart platform. This will involve:
• Conducting needs assessments to understand the customer's goals and pain points
• Configuring and deploying Fairmart's solutions to meet the customer's requirements
• Providing hands-on training and support to ensure a smooth implementation process
• Technical Support: Troubleshoot any technical issues that arise during the onboarding or ongoing use of Fairmart's solutions. This will require:
• Collaborating with the development team to diagnose and resolve problems
• Documenting issues and solutions to build a knowledge base for future reference
• Process Improvement: Continuously identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in the onboarding process and make recommendations to the team on how to address them. This will involve:
• Analyzing customer feedback and data to pinpoint areas for improvement
• Proposing and implementing process changes to enhance the customer experience
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various teams, including Business Development, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure a seamless and cohesive customer experience.

Senior / Customer Service Associate, Group Contact Centre

As part of Group Contact Centre, the Senior / Customer Service Associate's key role is to provide Contact Centre services, such as handling of general enquiries, appointment scheduling requests, to patients and the public. You are expected to work in a fast-paced environment and be challenged with navigating complex healthcare needs. Reporting to the Institution Lead, Group Contact Centre, you will:

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver excellent customer service to callers by understanding caller's needs
• Provide timely, accurate and appropriate information and assistance to address caller's enquiries
• Book or reschedule appointments based on caller's request
• Handle any other hotline administrative functions such as handling of emails, referral requests and emergency activation
• Coordinate and liaise with other departments in the institutions to ensure requests are followed up and resolved

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline. (Fresh graduates are welcomed)

Main Responsibilities

1. Coordinate maintenance contractors, review checklists and ensure customer D.O. sign-off within the time.
2. Support Data analytics team with ongoing improvement on automation of data gathering, analysis and reporting, including fault detection and root cause identification
3. Prepare and maintain comprehensive energy conservation action plan to include previous and ongoing efforts and short, intermediate and long-term goals
4. Prepare operational and maintenance schedule as per MIS
5. Work closely and collaborate with the customer support team to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Identify potential upselling opportunities at client site during regular or ad-hoc maintenance
7. Remote monitoring of the system operation and performance and reach site if any emergency.
8. Familiarization of Refrigeration System Chillers & Freezers, Compressors, Cooling towers, FCUs, Cold room, ETV doors and related controllers.
9. Working with a team and deliver the work within the planned schedule.
10. Collect the onsite operating parameters like cold room and space temperature and verify with SCADA.
11. Collaborate with Internal teams regarding any controls and programming related onsite works.

Qualifications

1. Diploma, Bachelor of Engineering Mechanical, Electrical or Equivalent
2. Electrical or Mechanical troubleshooting experience would be advantageous
3. HVAC knowledge of Chiller Plant, FCU, SCADA, Air side equipment
4. Strong communication and analytical skills.
