Main responsibilities:

· Assist with material handling, stores, and logistics operations including supply vessel operations

· Assist with Export Tanker mooring and unmooring operations

· Assist with Facility Waste Management

· Assist with Rigging and Lifting Activities as directed.

· Assist with Scaffolding activities as directed.

· Assist with Helideck Operations as directed.

· Assist with supporting operational or maintenance activities as directed by offshore management.

· Participate in the Emergency preparedness drills, safety meetings, and on the job training as required.

Perform Emergency Duties as required by the Emergency Response Plan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customers’ needs and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

• Handle and resolve our patient’s enquiries and/or feedback in a professional and tactful manner, including answering of phone calls.

• Main tasks include receiving patients at Reception counter/lounge, assist with Patient Registration, Billing/Payment and other administrative front-desk tasks.

• Assist with ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Management.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience in healthcare or similar capacity.

• Possess strong communication skills, patient and genuinely excited to help customers.

• Able to multi-task, problem-solve and manage time efficiently.

The Job

• Monitor contract renewal status for all existing corporate accounts
• Engage in customer service recovery for lapsed account
• Disseminate new promotions/services/products to manage customers
• Assist with required supporting documentation for leasing and sales agreements
• Liaise with other departments to complete vehicle handover and payment procedures.
• Assist Sales Manager (Key Accounts) on outstanding payment matters/contract renewal requirements.
• Preparing aging reports (accounts) on outstanding payments
• Track and update customer/sales team on leased vehicle movement and status during repairs, inspections, or breakdowns.

Requirement

• Diploma / Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google App
• Minimum 2 years in Customer Service / Sales Role / Account Management
• Good analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Pleasant voice, good phonetic skills
• Singaporeans / Singapore Permanent Residents (SPR)

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and basic mandarin
• Relevant experience for minimum 3 years
• Able to communicate with colleagues from different levels
• Compulsory PC skills
• Able to assist in Retail & Production as and when required
