Details:

• Assist in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles to parents
• Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors
• Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company
• 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays, 2 Weekends, 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Able to commit for minimum 1 year
• $2,300 - $3,000/Month & Monthly Bonuses ($200 - $700/Month)

Job Summary

Purpose of job:

• Execution of support for casework under guidance of social worker for home visits to work with clients and caregivers after diagnosis of dementia.
• Support basic intervention tasks identified by social workers.
• Engagement of clients with dementia with meaningful activities such as cognitive stimulation or structured activities.
• Monitoring of client’s conditions and progress.
• Provide service linkage for client and caregivers.
• Provide admin, operational and logistic support for clients, programme, outreach and group work.

Key Responsibility Areas

• Passion to work with individuals/elderly diagnosed with early stage dementia and their caregivers.
• Basic befriending and emotional support for elderly.
• Carry out meaningful activities in engagement process.
• Support seniors and caregivers during service duration.
• Perform basic screening tools in health and mental health for seniors and caregivers.
• Support outreach, service linkage and referrals.
• Ensure proper documentation of case notes, assessment, records.

Requirements

Experience:

• Some experience in working with elderly clients and caregivers in the community setting
• Relevant working experience in healthcare or social service sector.
• Able to co-facilitate group work

Qualifications:

Professional Cert/Nitec/Diploma

A Day in the Life

• Establish contact and develop relationships with prospects (preferably with contacts of Architectural & Interior Design firms)
• Proactively identify new potential clients and initiate follow up, with the objective to close sales within the assigned segments of operations.
• Identify new avenues and prospects to demand for our company products/services
• Perform market analysis, competitor analysis and market trends
• Prepare presentations and sales quotation/proposal based on client’s requirements.
• Communicate with factory on site progress and delivery.
• Follow-up on tender, work on tender submission and attend tender interviews etc.
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the company.

Who Are We Looking For

• Diploma/Degree in Building or any related field
• At least 5 years sales experiences in building & construction sector, preferably in Furniture and Fittings
• Self-driven, focused and goal oriented
• Possess excellent interpersonal skills and impeccable communication skills
• Strong organization and planning skills
• Possess a valid Singapore class 3 driving license.
