Job Description

• Align, execute and embed global Services strategy and framework in local Operating Companies
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, including priority sectors and emerging markets
• Develop and implement a strategic business development plan to achieve company targets for growth and profitability through Services offerings, driving effective product pull-through
• Act as APAC divisional black-dot owner for Digital Services to ensure continuous strong implementation of digital strategy across the division
• Lead regional digital hubs and work closely with Operating Companies service delivery teams to ensure the company’s services meet the needs of customers and are delivered to the highest standard
• Lead capability development in Operating Companies through both commercial and technical training and coaching under Services framework
• As a resource to local sales leadership, help develop comprehensive local sales strategies, target segments, target geographies and target customers to timely commercialise new Services offerings
• Actively contribute to new ideation and provide feedback to internal teams including Steam Business Development to identify opportunities for new services or enhancements to existing services based on customers and market needs
• Work collaboratively with global BD community including Customer Sustainability team to support Operating Companies in delivering Services offering to customers, through sharing of best practices
• Track and report on business development activities, sales performance, and market feedback
• Use CRM systems to track, analyse and support Operating Companies to improve customer interaction and opportunity conversion
• Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build relationships and promote the company’s services. Support external marketing / promotion of solutions via multi channels including web, trade shows, social media etc

Qualifications / Experience

• At least 8 years of related experience
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent
• Excellent communication skills, fluent written and spoken English
• Collaborative in building strong and trusting relationship across the organisation to deliver team results, across multiple disciplines
• Proficient skills in MS Office

• Troubleshooting and resolve technical issues related to DCS, SIS, SCADA/FastsTool/STARDOM/PRM/Exa packages and IT solution packages
• Provide technical support to customers
• Work closely with LSBD/YHQ Global Response Centre/Solution/Third-party providers to solve customer’ hardware/software related issue

• Configure and troubleshooting of routers, switches and firewall
• Develop and implement virtual machine deployment
• Plan and implement Antivirus, Patch management, MS Active Directory, Backup/Recovery
• Develop and implement effective process for the analysis and definition of new Firewall Rules and implementation of the Firewall Security Controls.
• Review network Firewalls configuration to meet compliance standards
• Response to emergency call and service request from customers
• Perform 24 hours standby for Emergency Call (rotation basis)

Requirements:

• At least Degree in Engineering
• At least 8 years of experience with control system engineering such as DCS, SIS, SCADA, STARDOM or PLC engineering, PRM, Exa packages
• Good Servicing and Maintenance trouble shooting experience in DCS and Prosafe-RS system
• System Administration of those platforms running on modern OS like Windows, Linux
• Experience in Virtualisation technology (VMWare, Hyper-V, etc)
• Experience in IP/Ethernet networking and security controls (e.g. Router, VLAN, NMS, VPN, Firewall, Antivirus, Patch management, MS Active Directory, Backup/Recovery)
