Responsibilities:
· Manage service management framework, ensuring service levels meet Service Level Agreements
· Lead and coordinate Managed Services Team
· Change and Configuration Management
· Ensuring proper tracking, root cause analysis and timely resolution
· Manage transition process from existing teams or vendors
· Conduct review meetings with service providers to discuss performance and identify improvement opportunities
Requirements:
· ITIL Foundation Certification (v3 or 4) / Enterprise Administrator Expert / Security Operations Analyst Associate
· 5 years of experience in SLA Management (IT Industry)
· Strong understanding in Service Delivery Management, M365 services
· Excellent organizational, solid leadership and coordination skills
