Job Scope:

Inbound Call Centre

Duration: 12 months contract (Convertible)
Working days: 5 days per week (including weekdays and weekends)
Location: Raffles Place
Duration: 12 months (renewable / convertible)
Note: 1-2 months training

Working hours:

o Morning shift: 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 10am-7pm

o Afternoon shift: 11am – 8pm or 1.30pm – 10.30pm or 2.30pm to 10.30pm

o Night shift: 10.30pm – 8am (Not activated now but needs to be comfortable)

Main duties and responsibilities

· Handle calls and emails promptly by providing accurate and timely information, alternatives and solutions to customers on products and services

· Respond to customers’ queries and concerns with the aim of achieving first call resolution.

· Follow up promptly with customers to resolve issues

· Provide customers’ feedback to respective business partners to improve customer experience

· Introduce and educate customers on the self-service/automated banking channels.

· Perform after- call administration work

· Use customer service and sales skills to optimize customer satisfaction of each customer contact

· Maximize opportunities to deepen customer relationship via upsell or cross-sell appropriate products and services

Requirements:

· Possess a Diploma or Degree in any discipline

· Able to commit to 24/7 rotating shift work, needs to be comfortable working shift work

· Must be comfortable with call centre environment – can be stressful as it’s very regulated – all calls are monitored, and KPIs are pegged at how fast and how well the CSE attends to calls. (Productivity and service quality)

· Comfortable with desk bound role.

· Must be prepared to cross-sell. (E.g., personal loans- talk about compound interest)

· Will be required to work 5 days in a week, including weekends and public holidays

Route

Level 2 feedback to the Authority’s relevant divisions/units or stakeholders by the next working day for follow up.

Level 3 Feedback refers to cases which require in-depth investigation and/or may affect the reputation of the Authority; or cases which require update to the Authority’s management or Political Office Holder(s).

Highlight Level 3 feedback to the Authority by the next working day, and manage such feedback based on the instructions given by the Authority. The Authority reserves the right to reclassify any feedback to other levels, if necessary

Where it is assessed that the specific feedback cannot be addressed due to its sensitive nature or anonymity of sender, the Contractor shall inform the Authority immediately.

For feedback concerning issues by other agencies or organisations, the Contractor shall enter the details in the Authority’s feedback database, and route them to the relevant agency/organisation for further action,

The Workplace Experience team supports the frontline operations and communications outreach across the three primary locations. The proposed manpower will be required to operate on-site services and the scope of work, but not limited to, is as follows:

• Provide on-site support various teams within organization
• Provide on-site frontline concierge service
• Provide on-site support for room and AV/IT systems management
• Support with provision of office supplies and employee indents through vending and parcel locker machines at the three primary locations when needed.
• Provide administrative and operational support for the daily topping up and up-keeping of pantries located at various floors across three primary locations.
• Manage the daily operations of the gym, including timely follow-ups on any maintenance works required to the infrastructure.
• Provide administrative support and content to drive the monthly promotion
• Provide administrative and operational support to plan, organise and conduct up to two monthly complimentary employee-related initiatives to improve employee productivity across the three buildings, such as sourcing and deployment of food trucks.
• Provide on-site wayfinding/assistance (e.g. lost-and-found) for public visitors at the Public Concierge, the proposed manpower will escalate the service requests/status enquiries/feedback to the middle office via the Employee Relationship Management System (ERMS) for case resolution
• Provide logistics and AV support for events organised within the three primary locations when needed.

You will be responsible for monitoring and managing the delivery of Managed Security Services, establishing close engagement with key stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a trust, in partnership with cross functional teams to provide Managed Security Services.
• Contribute to service improvement reviews with internal teams and recommend service improvement plans.
• Work with Project Managers when required and assist the customer in facilitating the co ordination of any work required (upgrades, replacements and fixes).
• Act as a point of contact for service escalations by the clients.
• Act as the interface for escalations between the Client and SOC and other cross functional teams to resolve issues and attend any escalation meetings, if required.
• Ensure that Managed Security Services personnel are available to support the agreed action plan for the duration of the escalation.
• Documenting, supporting and improving operational processes related to the SOC Client Service Management and Service Delivery.
• Interpretation of security incidents to actionable items and make recommendations to customers.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in customer success roles or experience in a cybersecurity operation center.
• Relevant Cybersecurity Certifications such as CISM, CISSP, GCIH, GNFA, CCSK, CRIST will be an added advantage.
• Familiar with Kill Chain methodology, MITRE Attack, NIST Cybersecurity Framework, ISO 27001 etc.
• Experience in handing customer queries , customer satisfaction, retentions and engagement.
