Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications.
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service-related roles, preferably in an enrichment or education-related setting.

Key Responsibilities:

-Prepare and draft AWBs for customer/agent approval.

-Provide support to assigned customers / Overseas Agents in handling sales quotations, RFI, RFQs and inquiries for air, arrange air export booking with the airlines / co-loader Agents.

-Follow up on clients', help to do air export billing, invoice verification and handle rate disputes

- Coordinate with customers, sales personnel, Overseas Agents and well liaise with operations teams for shipment arrangement

-Perform other job duties as per requested

Job Requirements:

We are looking for energetic full-time or part-time customer experience assistants with a great personality who will be the first step of an exceptional experience for our customers from the moment they walk through our front doors.
