Responsibilities:

- Customer-Centric Approach:

- Attend to customer inquiries with a friendly and helpful demeanor.

- Sales Drive:

- Actively contribute to driving sales opportunities, working towards achieving the store's monthly targets.

- Service Excellence:

- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and operational excellence.

- Visual Merchandising:

- Manage and maintain well-displayed and replenished shop floor stocks for an appealing shopping environment.

- Operational Duties:

- Perform stock-takes, quality checks, and monitor product expiry dates.

- Operate cash registers and handle payments via various platforms.

- Store Presentation:

- Contribute to the store's cleanliness and tidiness through general housekeeping duties.

- Flexibility:

- Be ready to take on any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

- Training Provided:

- No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training.

- Positive Attributes:

- Friendly and sociable personality.

- Possess a can-do attitude, self-motivated, and thrive as a team player.

- Flexibility:

- Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays.

Basic Salary with Sales Comission given
