• Work with youths and families placed on Pre-Family Guidance Order (Pre-FGO), Family Guidance Order (FGO), and Integrated Service Provider (ISP).
• Conduct assessment, casework & counselling, and groupwork for youth-at-risk / youth offenders and their families.
• Collaborative work with external stakeholders (MSF, Youth Court, Law Enforcement Agencies and Schools)
• You will also be required to contribute to other ad-hoc projects within the team and organisation.

Requirements

• Degree in Social Work, Counselling, Psychology, or related discipline
• At least 1-2 years’ experience in working with youth and family will be preferred
• Resilience in supporting clients through crises that arise during intervention.
• Able to be creative and relentless in engagement of potentially resistant at-risk youths and their families.
• Open to working flexibly outside office hours to match families’ schedules when needed.
• Open to delivering intervention to families in their homes.
• Counselling skills and knowledge of the social service landscape
• Strengths based in practice orientation.
• Able to manage complex cases independently.
• Adaptable and takes initiative.
• Insightful and reflective.
• Good report writing skills.

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders in a polite and timely manner.
• Prepare and serve food and drinks according to food safety standards and company procedures.
• Operate the cash register, process transactions, and handle cash accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the counter area, dining tables, and other work areas.
• Assist in the kitchen with basic food preparation tasks as needed.
• Stock and replenish food items, condiments, and utensils.
• Ensure all food items are displayed attractively and labels are accurate.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve any customer service issues.
• Comply with all health and safety regulations as well as food hygiene standards.
• Work efficiently under pressure, especially during peak hours.
• Assist with inventory management and inform the supervisor of low stock levels.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Job Requirements

• Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not necessary.
• Good communication skills and the ability to interact positively with customers.
• Basic mathematical skills for handling cash transactions.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Understanding of hygiene and sanitation practices.
• Must be able to stand for extended periods and in a coffeeshop environment

- Min Nitec Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
