• Achieve sales target and manage maintenance, labour and food costs
• Work with the Area Manager to ensure that sales revenue and operating costs targets are met
• Improving procedures and systems
• Conducting basic training and ensure SOPs are adhered to
• Motivate team members and maintain a high level of team cohesiveness
• Manage site/outlet and equipment maintenance
• Any other duties assigned

Requirements

• At least 5 year(s) of related working experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent team player and friendly individual
• High initiative and positive attitude
• Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts
• Strong operational and leadership skills
• Able to source, retain and motivate staff

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, professional manner.

• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.

Food and Beverage Service:

• Serve food and beverages to guests, ensuring correct orders and presentation.

• Ensure the proper setup of tables, including utensils, glasses, and condiments.

• Clear used dishes and glasses and reset tables as needed.

Cash Handling and Billing:

• Process guest payments and handle cash, credit, or debit transactions.

• Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests
• Polite friendly and well grown
• Verifying the identification and of any customers who order alcoholic beverages
• Submit food orders to the kitchen staffs
• Ensure customers satisfied with their meal
• work with kitchen staffs to resolve any complaints and process customer payments
