Communicating with new customers via WhatsApp to understand their needs and assign chess coaches based on age, schedule, personality, and preferred lesson format.
Scheduling first lessons between coaches and customers, with coaches taking over scheduling afterward.
Sending reminders to coaches for scheduling lessons and important sessions, such as school CCA lessons.
Checking incoming payments once a week, gently following up with customers for outstanding payments.
