Job Details:

• Working location: Central area
• Working Days: 5.5 work week
• Working Time: 8.30am - 5.30pm (Weekdays), 8.30am - 12.30pm (Saturday)

Job Responsibilities

• Handle and follow up on appointment scheduling, coordinate with medical staff and patients, ensuring both patient and clinic needs are met
• Attend to patients with courtesy, empathy with exceptional service standards.
• Answer phone calls, and respond to customer inquiries via email and other channels
• Process payments and manage invoices

Job Requirements:

• Minimum O Levels
• Prior healthcare, nursing experience will be advantageous
• Good interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality
• Able to work in a team as well as independently with minimum supervision.
• Detailed-oriented, effective follow-ups with patients and meticulous
• May be required to commit to late shifts

Job Description

1. Log all incoming calls and email and record sufficient information to facilitate effective incident

processing.

2. Identify the impact, urgency, and priority of incidents

3. Provide initial troubleshooting and support for incidents.

4. Escalate incidents that cannot be resolved by the service desk to the appropriate Application Maintenance

team and monitor progress.

5. Seek confirmation for closure from the user when resolution is provided.

6. Serve as the first point of contact for all incidents

7. Prepare daily and weekly report (knowledgeable in excel)

1. O Level

2. Pass O Level English

Job Purpose

You will attend to phone/email enquiries from our customers, effectively maintaining our Contact Centre’s high level of accessibility and supporting the preparation and delivery of service requests for customers and distribution partners.

The Job

• Attend to enquiries and requests from phone calls/emails in a professional and prompt manner.

• Update complete and accurate information on customer interaction in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.

• Ensure effective and timely follow-up as promised to customers.

• Alert management of issues and concerns that require escalation for complete resolution.

• Prepare effectively and accurately requests including but not limited to policy summary, premium paid, beneficiary information.

• Work closely with stakeholders on the service request requirements.

• Deliver service requests within stipulated service standards.

• Undertake projects or other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

Preferably ’A’ Levels or Diploma holder with relevant working experience.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.
