Job scope & Responsibilities:

a. Research & Development for new products.

b. In charge of preparing baked goods for sale to customers which include creating recipes, ordering ingredients, and coordinating baking schedules to produce breads, cakes, pastries, pies, cookies and other goods.

c. Designing and improving recipes. Measuring and combining ingredients and using mixers, blenders, heat sources, and other equipment to make baked goods.

d. Testing ingredients and finished goods to ensure that each item meets food safety and quality controls.

e. Cleaning and restocking workstations and ensuring that all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.

f. General Store Operation

g. Improve the service quality.

h. Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments. Preparing and serving beverages and desserts to customers.

i. Packaging food and beverages for sale.

j. Constantly learn about Japanese teas and desserts and presentation techniques to improve beverage and desserts quality.

k. Monitoring inventory and replenishing items in display cases or behind the counter.

l. Adhering to all food safety regulations and quality controls. Ensure and maintain store and personal hygiene. Product Quality Control for the store.

Responsibilities:

1. Identify and assess key sectoral manpower challenges and needs, uncover insights on attraction and retention of segments of the sector workforce, including Social Service Professionals in management roles.
2. Work with teams to analyse workforce trends to guide decision-making and strategic planning, and develop relevant metrics and dashboards to monitor performance.
3. Develop meaningful sector level indicators, working with demographics, compensation, and other data types.
4. Strengthen In-house Research and Evaluation expertise.
5. Advising the design and implementation of research studies.
6. Advising the impact evaluation of capability-building schemes to assess impact, identify learnings and inform forward plans.

Requirements:

1. Possesses a Masters in Social Sciences, Psychology, Social Work, Political Science. Relevant domains with quantitative research experience are also to be considered.
2. At least 5 years of working experience in Social Services or Organisational Health.
3. Proficient in PowerBI, knowledge in SPSS, Python, R is a bonus.
4. Strong communicator who is flexible and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
