Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Manage customers’ orders with timely deliveries and shipment arrangements
- Act as a key interface for all customers’ orders and logistics enquiries.
- Point of contact for customers in all purchase orders and deliveries
- Ensure prompt shipments/ deliveries and ability to resolve issues when conflict arises.
- Knowledge of local and overseas regulations with proper documentation.
- Timely keying in orders and acknowledgment of customer purchase orders.
- Arrangements for deliveries and transporters/ forwarders/ warehouses to resolve any issues
- Ensure no overdue customer orders; work with the sales team clear overdue customer orders
- Interface with team members before shipment of goods with objective of consolidation of deliveries
- Liaise with customers on deliveries/shipment dates and any special requirements from them
- Perform Good Receive, Delivery Order, Packing List, Commercial Invoice, Proforma Invoice, Sales Contract etc.., liaise with forwarders on custom documents, etc.
- Responsible for processing and management of Purchase Orders and follow-up on shipment schedules, production schedules, shipments clearance, and management of inventory control.
- Escalation of orders with our purchasers to fulfil customers’ requests.
- Any other tasks assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
- Able to manage multiple priorities/ handle demands and tight schedules
- Ability to make timely decisions in a high-pressure environment
- Meticulous, eye for details with pro-activeness and good follow-up skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills and detail oriented.
