Responsibilities:

• Schedule maintenance activities for chillers systems
• Keep track of maintenance works with follow up actions for chillers.
• Ensure maintenance are carried out according to checklist & schedule
• Testing & commissioning of new chiller such as coordinate project execution at site, witness FAT and conduct SAT to ensure the chiller operating conditions according to target performance.
• Interpret schematic drawings, technical documents, analyze operating data from chillers and identify and repair any issues that arise.
• Manage chiller overhaul/ repair works and supervise subcontractor work; effectively control the service quality and progress.
• Preparation of service report for each service assignment.
• Provide resolution to technical problems on chiller & recommend preventive measures.
• Risk assessments and ensure safety procedures during servicing
• Ensure all works carried out safely accordance with safety procedures.
• Any other tasks when required

Requirements:

• ITE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant chiller experiences.
• Able to troubleshoot HVAC faults especially modular screw chillers, centrifugal chillers and absorption chillers.
• Good communication skills and writing service reports.
• Short term working at overseas maybe required.

Job Description

1. To perform kitchen and bar stations in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP)

2. To perform counter station in compliance with the Company’s Standard Operating Procedure (SOP), to perform cashiering function and suggestive selling on outlet specialties, promotion items to customers.

3. Practice proper usage and cleanliness of all outlet tools & equipment and in compliance with statutory safety requirements

4. Practice good housekeeping, and to ensure cleanliness & tidiness of premises including toilet (if any), including clearing the garbage bags from the rubbish bins

5. Comply with NEA requirements over personal & food hygiene and safety

6. Practice proper usage and storage of all food and beverage items so that quality is well-maintained

7. Assist in inventory management

8. Any other ad-hoc task as and when assigned by the superior
