Reception Duties:
• Manage school front counter services
• Handle visitors, parents, staff, and students' needs
• Address queries and complaints via phone
• Take and relay messages to appropriate staff
• Transfer calls as needed
• Manage office inventory and administrative stores
• Handle incoming and outgoing mail
• Manage lost and found process
• Maintain loan records of school items
• Provide general administrative support
• Perform data entry and other assigned tasks
Student Service Duties:
• Manage student early release and contact parents
• Coordinate between Form-Teachers & Student Management Team (SMT) regarding students' movements
• Monitor late arrivals, attendance, and CCA attendance
• Provide real-time attendance information to support SMT
• Manage students' cellphone confiscation process
• Assist in recording sick bay, ambulance, and incidents
• Manage student lift pass issuance
Requirements:
• Working in front counter services
• Working in the school environment
• At lease 3 years of experience in administration
• Proficient in IT environment, MS Office, WhatsApp Chat,
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good team player with a high level of initiative
• Able to Multitask
• Good Social skills
• Problem solving
Work Timing:
• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Fridays: 9:00am to 6:00pm, inclusive of 1hr lunch break
• Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
