Job Description

• Greeting customers in a friendly manner and manage customers queries in a timely and efficient manner
• Prepare beverage according to standardized recipes and customer preferences
• Utilize proper brewing techniques and equipment to ensure the quality and consistency of each beverage served
• Provide friendly and attentive customer service, greet customers warmly and assist them in selecting their beverage based on their preferences and dietary restrictions
• Prepare drinks by following the prescribed recipes and preparation techniques
• Accurately process customer orders, handle cash and electronic payments
• Act in compliance to operational policies and procedures
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the tea barista area, including brewing equipment, serving utensils, and workstations to meet the requirements of Health & Safety and Hygiene Protocol
• Ensure sufficient stock at all time by monitoring tea inventory levels, reporting discrepancies, restocking supplies handling stock delivery upon arrival as needed and communicating inventory needs to management

1st level helpdesk to respond to calls Provide first call resolution to users who called into our hotline which is public facing, advising on issues Liaise with other support teams, or product teams as required to resolve requests/issues in a timely manner.
Ensure proper documentation, notification, escalation, tracking and follow up of all incidents.
Primary responsibilities are focused on customer contact Perform outbound calls to users who leave callback
Handle emails as assigned by team leader
Handle responses via the Chatbot Agent would need to be able to take stress of answering calls from members of public

Language: Mandarin & English

Experience Level: O Level Experience

Work schedule – 44 hours per week. 5.5 days.

Shift: Candidate is expected to work on rotating shift.

Shift timing: (6.45am to 3.45pm, 8am to 5pm, 9pm to 6pm, 11am to 8pm, 12.45pm to 10.45pm.

Job scope:

• Credit Assessment for new and existing customer
• AR follow up with customer on the payment overdue
• Assist in channel customer invoice dispute or payment application to internal team for follow up
• Other AR related query

Job requirement:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Japanese as will be required to liaise with Japanese speaking client.
• Meticulous in details and ability to multitask; meet tight deadlines with high level of accuracy.
• Well organized and good in follow up.
• Experience in payment collection and/or call centre working experience have added an advantage
