The Role
The APAC Customer Success Lead will lead and own the end to end customer experience for all clients in the region. With an existing team of CSMs, Implementation Consultants & Support Analysts, who report to their UK department heads, we are looking for someone who is able to own the customer strategy & execution within the APAC market and partner with other regional peers. The main focuses of the role include being a coach & strategic planner for the existing hard-working APAC team, along with establishing relationships with key stakeholders from within our customer base. Role Objectives
● Optimise and execute high touch customer strategy and vision for the APAC market

● Influence growth by developing and executing strategies focused on creating customer value in partnership with other teams (Sales, Product, Support)
● Limit churn by leading a team to deliver outstanding experiences that drive best in class customer retention, expansion, adoption and renewal with new and existing customers
● Optimise the customer experience and lifetime value through higher product adoption, customer satisfaction, and overall health scores by leveraging reporting to drive data-driven insights on customer behavior

Requirements

● 10+ years of Customer Success experience

● 3+ years in a management role, leading a Customer Success organisation

The Role

The Customer Relations Executive performs customer service duties according to hospital’s standards and supervises and coaches the customer service team.

Key accountabilities

To cover duties at both Front Office counters at Mount Elizabeth Hospital main lobby and Medical Centre. Duties include:

• Provide directions and assistance to all internal and external customers by handling their requests and enquiries
• Assist with patient’s admission from Business Office to Ward and discharge from ward
• Handle specialist referral
• To conduct ward visitation for inpatients and ensure patient’s confidentiality at all times
• To go the extra mile and delight patient whenever possible
• To meet and greet VIP and provide necessary assistance
• To handle feedbacks from all channels and provide appropriate follow up actions/ service recovery

• To prepare gifts and presentation for hospital’s festivity celebrations

• Participate in projects and assist in events
• To coach and guide officers, bellmen and valets when required
• To arrange and roster officers for relevant training and courses

For Customer Relations Executive (Vietnamese), in addition to the above stated, these services include but do not limit to the following:

• Assisting patient’s pre-admission procedures such as accommodation arrangements in Singapore and pre-registration
• Manage all requests of the patient during his/her hospital stay,

• Working Hours: 5.5 days, Mon - Fri (9 am – 6 pm) / Sat (9 am – 1 pm) (alternate Saturday upon confirmation)
• Salary Package: Up to $2600 + AWS + Performance Bonus
• Duration: Permanent Role

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily rate enquiries from local customers and overseas agents.
• Timely response for all enquiries with multiple solutions and accuracy.
• Communicate and coordinate with operations team for efficient execution of shipments.
• Understand and analyse market trends, assist in providing pricing strategies for clients.
• Develop key account business through regular communication, efficient pricing and follow ups.
• Report generation.
• Other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional customer service through various channels, including client’s chat, over the phone, email, embodying the values of BeFound in every interaction.
  Support clients’ skincare journey and build strong relationships by understanding their skincare needs and replying to their enquiries promptly.
  Resolving client issues and concerns with empathy and professionalism, going the extra mile to exceed their expectations and build brand satisfaction and loyalty.
  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall customer experience, contributing ideas and insights to support our mission and values.
  Proactively seeking feedback from customers to identify areas for improvement and contributing to initiatives aimed at enhancing the overall client experience.
  Oversee on-site operations, ensuring smooth and efficient interactions to enhance client. experience.
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a customer service or customer-facing role is a MUST.
• Passion for skincare, makeup, and beauty education.
• Having a heart for people takes the initiative to go the extra mile in delighting our clients.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
• Empathetic and patient demeanour, with the ability to actively listen to customer needs and concerns.
• Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to think outside the box to find solutions independently that delight clients.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with a willingness to adapt to change and take on new challenges.
• Able to work rotating weeks shifts (Mondays to Saturdays, Tuesdays to Saturdays)

Job Scope:

• Lead and oversee the CSA (Customer Service Advisor) frontline/backend teams.
• Strengthen and promote the CSA team's professionalism and capabilities.
• Develop the team to consistently deliver high levels of service, productivity, and efficiency.
• Handle operation of the Customer Service department
• Establish and maintain policies and procedures to support optimal team operations and efficiency.
• Train and motivate staff to meet required performance standards.

Job Requirement:

• Team leader customer service experience in automotive industry is added advantage
• Diploma in any study is added advantage
