Job Description
· Provide strong leadership to the customer relationship team, supervise daily operations and adopt a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
· Train and manage new staff in both customer support and ground operations.
· Manage organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
· Develop strategic plans to retain customers
· Supervise branch coverage to ensure effective operations across multiple locations.
· Build positive relationships with customers and vendors
· Address and manage customers’ complaints, registration, and withdrawal matters.
· Work with internal departments to ensure company meets customer’s expectations.
· Update and maintain a comprehensive training manual for staff.
Requirement
· A bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing or management
· A minimum 5 years of customer service, sales or a related position
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
· Ability to lead and work with a team
· Excellent conflict resolution skill and ability to build lasting relationships with clients
· Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction
·Able to work at least one weekend and one week night
