Reporting to the Head of REACH Senior Service, the Admin Executive will be responsible for the following key areas:
Role & Responsibilities
• Submission of KPI Reports
• Membership Registration and Management
• Management of Medical Escort and Transport (MET) Scheme
• Staff and Volunteer Training Management
• Centre Routine Upkeep and Maintenance
• Finance and Claims Management
• IT Accounts Management
• Programme Development and Management
• AAS Management and Client Safety and Well-being
Requirements
• Possess at least a Diploma or General Degree
• Having a diploma or higher qualification in Business Administration, Data Analysis or Actuary Science is greatly preferred but not necessary
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Conversant in English and a 2nd language
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Outgoing, energetic, self-motivated
• Has a strong passion in outreach and community work with seniors
