What you will do:

• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and its customers regarding quality-related matters
• Review and analyze customer quality requirements, translating them into internal quality standards and processes

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality control processes are consistently applied.

Responsibility of Customer Quality Engineer:

• Analyze and apply customer quality specifications, developing and upholding internal quality benchmarks through APQP methodologies (e.g., Process Flow Diagram, Control Plan).
• Facilitate Built-in Quality workshops, ensuring collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve and monitor continuous improvements through to completion.
