Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide a “best in class” service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Troubleshooting & Support:Use mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve on-site technical issues.
   Plan and allocate resources for troubleshooting.
   Implement risk management to ensure service efficiency.
   
2. Client Communication & Relationship Management:Provide prompt after-sales support, addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
   Conduct client visits to monitor service quality and assess client needs.
   Build and maintain strong client relationships for continued satisfaction.
   
3. Collaborative Solution Implementation:Work with internal teams to resolve customer concerns.
   Engage in discussions for service process improvements.
   
4. Additional Responsibilities:Take on tasks aligned with business objectives.
   Stay updated on relevant engineering principles.
   

Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 3 years in a mechanical role or related industry.
  Proven experience in customer service and client relationship management.
  
• Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Skills:Strong verbal and written communication.
  Fluent in Mandarin for communication with regional stakeholders.
  Flexible, adaptable, and eager to learn.
  

Work Schedule

• Working Hours: 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Monday to Friday
• Rest Days: Saturday & Sunday
