Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding support to customers via phone, email, chat, or in-person interactions.
• Answer inquiries, provide information about products or services, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve customer complaints and concerns by offering solutions or escalating issues to the appropriate department.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of company products/services to assist customers effectively and guide them toward the best solutions.
• Assist customers with order processing, returns, exchanges, and shipping inquiries.
• Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by ensuring that customers’ needs are met and expectations exceeded.
• Accurately log customer interactions, complaints, feedback, and resolutions in CRM systems.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and standards, including customer confidentiality and data protection.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in any field.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in customer service (Experience in logistics industry is an advantage).

Responsibilities

• Handle customer orders for piece parts and repair units.
• Manage Turn Around Time (TAT) for repair units.
• Monitor and follow up on sales and purchase order activities.
• Address customer complaints and provide necessary solutions to meet customer requirements.
• Oversee retrofit and warranty administration.
• Generate reports and perform various administrative duties.
• Act as a liaison between departments (Workshop, Logistics, QA) regarding customer orders.
• Fulfill "On Call" Duty (e.g., AOG) if volunteering to be on standby.
• Reduce the aging of un-invoiced activities.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

Requirement

• GCE A level or Diploma in Business Administration or similar discipline, with minimum 3 years of related experience in customer service in an MNC environment.
• IT literate, proficient in MS applications, particularly MS Excel
• Knowledge of BaaN software (or similar such as ERP, SAP)
• Good communication skills (oral and written) to interact with internal and external customers.
