1. Service Catalog Management
2. Design, configure, and maintain the organization's Service Catalog within the ServiceNow platform.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather service requirements and ensure accurate representation in the catalog.
4. Continuously update and improve the Service Catalog to meet evolving business needs. • Requested Item Processing:
5. Configure and optimize the ServiceNow platform to efficiently process and fulfill user-requested items.

8. Utilize Flow Designer to create configuration-driven workflows and automate Service Catalog Task generation.
9. Design and implement efficient and scalable workflows to support business processes. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workflow automation and Service Catalog Task generation.
10. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Management
11. Define, implement, and manage SLAs within the ServiceNow platform.
12. Link SLAs to Service Catalog Task and ensure adherence to defined service levels.
13. Monitor SLA performance, identify areas of improvement, and propose corrective actions. Reporting and Dashboarding:
14. Develop and maintain reports and dashboards within the ITSM platform.
15. Create custom reports to track service performance, SLA compliance, and other key metrics. Analyze data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to improve service delivery.

Qualifications

Tertiary education in Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline.

Experience

1. At least 5years+experience in ServiceNow development.
2. Experienced in ITSM configuration/design/implementation and requirements gathering Technical / Professional Skills
3. Must have strong knowledge on ServiceNow fundamentals, configuration & scripting. Configuring, developing and testing solutions on the platform to meet business requirements Excellent problem solving & communication skill
4. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels
5. Strong commitment to professional and service excellence
6. Excellent oral/written communication, planning, project management, networking and influencing skills
7. Project planning and task estimation Strong analytical skills and logical approach

Reporting to the Laboratory-In-Charge, you will provide excellent customer service to patients in the Laboratory and Radiography sections.

You will be responsible for the reception of all appointments and walk-in patients at the laboratory and radiography clinic.

Other duties include answering incoming telephone calls, managing patients' registration, assisting in appointment scheduling, and performing general administration and cashier's duties.

• Min N level with 3-5 years of relevant working experience in the healthcare industry.
