As a Customer Service Officer (Logistics / Freight), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Answer phone calls
• Provide quotations and reply to customer enquiries promptly
• Process orders and billing promptly
• Coordinate with respective in-charge for the status of orders, incoming shipments, arrangement for pick up etc
• Resolve any issues in a professional way
• Simple admin role
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
