• Provide Technical Services Advisory to ensure adherence to Design Brand Standards for new-build, conversion, re-branding and refurbishment projects from the design stage through to hotel opening.
• Prepare engineering services briefs for new project, review and comment on consultants designs for efficiency, appropriateness in design and operational issues.
• Provide engineering input/advice for due diligence process on potential new/conversion and/or renovation of existing hotels and conduct pre-opening reviews relative to Brand Standards.
