Job Responsibilities

Casework & Counselling, Information & Referral

1. Provide Information and Referral services
2. Provide case intake for walk-in clients
3. Handle up to 30 cases as assigned, maintain client’s records and monitor their progress
4. Activate the cases in each quarter and ensure timely closure for inactive cases that are no longer in need of service
5. Complete case recordings timely
6. Provide timely response and relevant intervention to clients
7. Collaborate with relevant partners in addressing the concerns faced by the family through case conferences and other collaborative intervention
8. Attend regular supervision for case direction, support and enhancement of clinical skills

Community Work and Groupwork

1. Be a member of the Community Work Task Group
2. Assess the needs and requirements of the community within the FSC boundary for intervention
3. Plan, organise, execute and evaluate community work interventions
4. Develop the proposal paper for a Groupwork project
5. Coordinate, facilitate and evaluate the groupwork

Qualifications and Requirements

1. Degree or Post Graduate Diploma in Social Work; preferably an accredited Social Worker
2. Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant work experience in social work setting
3. Has a pleasant disposition, with good communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

• Work on problems of various scopes where data analysis is required on evaluation of identifiable factors
• Set up and commission new machine installations at customer's site
• Able to troubleshooting/repair/maintenance machine
• Understand customer's requirements and capable of performing data mining and analysis to provide recommendations for improvement
• Work on problems of various scopes where data analysis is required on evaluation of identifiable factors
• If necessary, monitor and follow big customer projects.
• Collaborate closely with the R&D and Application Engineering teams to investigate a challenging issue and implement a solution.

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, eager to learn and work hard
• Candidates with experience working on water quality or air quality analytical instrument is preferred.
• Comfortable to travel to the East.
• Good interpersonal, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
• Positive work attitude, self-motivated with ability to work independently or in a team environment
• At least 4 years of experience in troubleshooting of analytical equipment.
• Minimum Degree in Chemical / Environmental or related engineering discipline
