JOB DESCRIPTION:

· To provide excellent customer support

· To perform installation, process buy-off and training of the equipment to customer

· To provide after-sales support such as calibration, maintenance and repair services

· To provide pre-sales support such as application, demo and evaluation

· Preferably with experience in installation and operation of various types of product manufacturing equipment

JOB REQUIREMENT:

· Diploma / Degree in Mechanical and Mechatronics Engineering or Electrical and Electronics Engineering

· Will be required to work in a cleanroom environment

· May be required on standby duty and travel

· With equipment support experiences would be an advantage

Job Description

• Handle buffet delivery, set-up and collection.
• Handle tingkat delivery.
• Collect payment for orders on cash-on delivery terms.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the assigned catering vehicle.
• Manage inventory level and condition of the allocated catering equipment.
• Any other tasks as and when assigned by Management.

Requirements

• Secondary school education.
• Possess class 3 or 4 driving license with clean records.
• Service-oriented with a pleasant disposition.
• Required to work on weekend and public holiday.
• Job requires lifting of equipment.

• Manage & develop new customers based for service sales in the industrial, Marine & Offshore/Oil Gas market.
• Responsible for maintaining a high standard level of customer services and good customer relation.
• Responsible for maximizing a high level of profit margin and ensure meeting the pre-set sales target.
• To identifying and developing sales & marketing strategies to exhaust opportunities in the local market as well as to exploit overseas markets.
• Make sales presentation and provide technical support to customer
• Gather information on market demand, competition and latest technologies.
• Submission of weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.

The Job:

• Manage & supervise SCC with resourceful planning on scheduling, monitoring via GMSS & Pronto System, including carrying out Customers Survey to measure the service level with aim of improving SCC
• Consolidating and analysising of data; improve the work flows and maximize the productivity and efficiency of service department
• Reports generation, to track service performance, support decision-making and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Tender participation in after-sales services

The Person:

• Able to work under pressure
• Bachelor of Science in Office Administration; 2-Years Certificate in Computer Secretarial, or relevant
• 2-4 years experience in the Material Handling Industries, skilled in operations Management, understanding both internal & external needs to meet expectations
• Soft skills, able to transfer skills, expertise and knowledge to all team members
