Overall Purpose of the Job

The Client Service Executive will have dual accountability to support the Aspire team by servicing existing clients' requirements; inclusive of all contractual maintenance and reporting, performance of contractual and ad hoc invoicing requirements. • Acting as first point of contact for invoice dispute management

2. Account Management/ Client Liaison

• Provide client activity reports as per the agreed client specific service agreements in an accurate and timely manner
• Respond to client service requests in an efficient manner and coordinate the involvement and reports of other Intl.SOS departments where appropriate
• Preparation and communication of activity reports to clients via telephone and face-to-face
