Job Description:
You are responsible for timeliness in processing of patient bills and claims, checking for bill accuracies and review completeness of patient documents for medical claims. In the course of your work, you will handle patient enquiries relating to bills, claims and payments. You will also provide administrative support to the department, be involved in Quality Improvement projects and End User System testing.

Job Description:
You will handle patient accounts receivable transactions involving journal postings, payment reconciliation, outstanding accounts review and follow-up. Program Coordinator, Allkin Senior Service

Reporting to the Group Supervisor, the Program Coordinator / Community Connector (CC) is to connect with the seniors, the community and partners to empower seniors to age in their community.

• Plan and conduct outreach to raise awareness about centre programmes and services and to enrol new seniors as centre members
• Conduct basic assessment to identify socially isolated seniors and those with needs.
• Collaborate with grassroots, community partners and service providers to build up community network, which includes initiating and coordinating community engagement efforts

Active Ageing to encourage active living and empower seniors.

• Organise activities at Eldercare centre and off-site locations.
• Co-create activities with volunteers.
• Empower seniors to be volunteers.

Befriending and Buddying to prevent social isolation.

• Manage volunteers to provide befriending/buddying services.

Care and Support to ensure seniors with needs are supported.

• Provide information and referral service and follow-up with referrals made.
• Participate in discussion with case management team to ensure clients are served holistically.

Others

Job Responsibilities and Duties

• Hiring, training, coaching and leading the team of customer service officers to provide excellent service to customer via multiple channels
• Leading team meetings, conducting one-to-one session to better understand problems and needs of individual staff then formulating plans that help enhance individual officers performance
• Establishing team and individual KPIs to evaluate and manage staff performance to achieve desired individual service level
• Identifying skill gaps and planning/conducting training as and when needed
• Resolution of customer feedback, requests and complaints that cannot be handled by junior customer service officers
