Job Description:

This is a full role for an Account Assistant located in Changi. Our client provides full-fledged freight forwarder offering full inter-model transportation services for both inbound and outbound cargos. You will take the responsibilities involved supporting assigned customers and overseas agents by managing sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air export bookings with airlines or co-loader agents. It includes following up on client matters, processing air export billing, verifying invoices, and resolving rate disputes. Additionally, the position requires coordinating with customers, sales personnel, overseas agents, and operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements. Responsibilities

• Coordinate / liaising with courier service providers.
• Handle Daily sales process through intranet submissions (SLA within 2 hours from the sale submit)
• Handle Delivery Failure intranet portal. (Submit the delivery failure cases reported by couriers).
• Monitor daily courier shipment loads and act accordingly to ensure couriers meet the SLA.
• Handle phone calls /email from sales or couriers on the shipments.

The Customer Service Executive is part of the customer service team running the order-to-cash flow, with key focus on ensuring internal and external customers are taken care of in a timely manner. Other working partners include other functions within the office, 3PL warehouse and so on.

Responsibilities:

• Hands-on processing and ownership of full order-to-cash function for varied customers across Bangladesh, Thailand, Vietnam, Taiwan, China, Pakistan for a start, but not limited to.

Requirements:

• Possess strong working knowledge and negotiation of Letters of Credit via banks.

The Customer Service Team Lead (or Manager) is responsible for overseeing the order management process and ensuring exemplary customer service delivery. Job Requirement:
