Job Description:

O+O Service Delivery Manager will be responsible for L’Oreal North Asia & SAPMENA online and offline platform operation including eCommerce, OMS, CRM.

Manage Relationship with business on Run service

• In charge of Run activities for applications or services and conduct business review with business representatives

The role:

This role not only governs operation vendors to provide daily IT operation support to business users but also requires very hands-on work resolving and preparing incident reports for critical/P1 incidents. • Proactive to drive or initial discussion with internal or external teams to align cross domain support process.
• Responsible for providing consistent monthly/quartly IT operation report to local team and share through IT webinar or email notification.
• Responsible for inbound and outbound data monitoring (API & batch file both) governance, ensure E2E data quality management take in place across all ecosystems.
• Host regular meeting with local team, understand business pain points and address their concern, engage operation vendor to address issue in a timely manner.
• Define and align holiday season support process during Double11, Double 12, X-Mas, Black Friday and New Year.
• Hands on or lead the teams support critical/P1 incidents, including but not limited to find root cause and resolve the issue permanently or set up monitoring process to prevent it happening again.
• Ensure timley notification will be sent/updated to all stakeholders when critical/P1 issue happens or planned/unplanned downtime.
• Account Request management including creation/modification/deactivation and audit support.
• Make sure in-scope applications/websites stability and availability, and improve user satisfaction on the IT operation we provided.
• Follow global standard ITSM policy and streamline to NA&SAPMENA zone, such as move ITSM tool from Jira to SNOW for all in-scope digital applications.

Profile & Position Requirements :

• At least 5 years Online or Offline IT operation experience in multicultural company, preferably with the knowledge of Anchanto, Salesforce, GCP, Tealium platforms support.
• With the mindset of continuous improvement from process governance perspective for leading operation vendors provide contingency IT support.
• Good communication skill in managing key business stakeholders requirements and expectation, and work closely with the other internal/external teams.
• Good time management skill to handle multiple tasks in an aglitiy way.
• Ability to govern operation vendors to manage the high tickets backlog and address high priority tickets.
• Proactive and self-motivated person, a good team player.
• ITIL certification and PMP certification is preferred.

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for managing day to day support of medium scale maintenance projects meeting customer’s requirements and Service Level Agreements.

The activities include ensuring that the team conduct health check, conduct application monitoring, handle customer queries, investigate incidents reported, resolve the incidents and apply fixes and also to ensure that incidents reported are tracked and resolved till closure and to assist in training and guiding junior team members.

What will you do? 

Project Delivery

• Act as a focal point for all support related queries and issues
• Review transition plans, enhancement milestones and deliverables in consultation with support teams and customer
• Review with support team to ensure that all support tasks and deliverables meet quality and service levels
• Ensure that regular reviews of the services provided (Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)) are conducted to maintain alignment between the services and the expectations of the customer
• Notify/escalate any ‘out of scope’ variations to services to Program Director / Service Delivery Director (SDD)
• Notify/escalate critical issues or variations to service levels to Program Director / Service Delivery Director (SDD)
• Review and approve service request/enhancement effort, schedules and risk plans
• Review and raise resource requirement
• Responsible for resource forecasting and planning
• Review, monitor and report project health status

Customer/Vendor Management

• Liaise with third party vendors, customer technical teams and other interfacing application team leaders to ensure smooth Business As Usual (BAU) support operations
• Ensure that effective communication on the services delivered is provided to the customer (including monthly or weekly service delivery reports) with the agreed timeframes
• Business Development
• Proactively identify opportunities for further expansion or improvement of services delivered to the customer and liaise with the Account Manager(s) for development of that opportunity
• Be involved in pre-sale activities

Team Management

• Delegate tasks effectively by providing clear and specific instructions and goals

• Plan, track and monitor the tasks assigned to the team leader/ members
• Participate in leadership activities and providing performance feedback and developmental coaching
• Monitor and improve team performance, providing leadership, coaching, and performance management
