Responsibilities:
- Provide front-line support staff
- Assist and guide patients on how to use the self-service kiosk
- Counter duties – Patient registration / Schedule appointment
- Attend to queries, including use of relevant apps, e.g. SingPass, Health Hub, Healthy 365, Health Buddy
- Provide Assisted Enrolment service to eligible patients
- Keep track of enrolment numbers
- Maintain booth / counter and logistics, e.g. promotional materials
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements:
- Min GCE NO Levels and above
- Able to start on immediate or short notice (no interview required)
- Able to commit to 5.5 days office hours (Mon- Fri - 8.am - 5.00pm, Sat: 8am - 12pm)
- Able to commit to shift work
