(A) JOB SUMMARY

• Manage daily patient's discharge and preparation of their bills including weekends and public holidays (on rotational basis).
• To coordinate requests for information by insurers, medical concierge prior to admission, inflight and post discharge.
• Establish good working relationship with insurers, medical concierge including medical clinic staff.

(B) PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist to provide bill estimation to insurers, medical concierge and any other information relating to the issuing of a LOG before patient's admission.
• Work with clinic to facilitate insurers issuing a LOG.
• All insurance guaranteed cases must be supported with a LOG from an approved insuers unless otherwise stated without which, the bill must be fully settled on the day of discharge. To advise patient to seek reimbursement from their insurers directly.
• For inflight cases, ensure all documentations provided are in order, the amount covered is sufficient to cover the bill amount otherwise to trigger an email to the insurer to top up the coverage before the patient's discharge.
• During discharge, work with BO and PSC to ensure that non-covered amount such as companion charges, foreign insurers admin fee, room difference (if any) is/are collected before patient's leave the hospital otherwise to ensures some preauthorization amount is obtained from patient's credit card before leaving the hospital.
• Work with PSC and BO staff to manage sending the final bill with interim LOG to the insurer including the discharge summary within a week from date of discharge.
• To assist insurers/medical concierge on requests for reports, summary/detailed bills, discharge summary, etc to facilitate them to process the bills.
• Final LOG will be provided by insurers/medical concierge and to forward it to BO AR team to send final bill to insurers for payment.
• Assist in reviewing workflows and processes on a regular basis.
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or management.

(C) REQUIREMENTS:

• A minimum of a polytechnic diploma graduate
• Preferably 1-2 years in a healthcare settings, preferably with some insurance background,
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• A detail oriented and ability to multitask
• 5.5 days work week 8:30am to 5:00pm / Sat or Sun 8:30am to 1pm

( A ) JOB SUMMARY

The Customer Services Associate is responsible to present a welcoming experience to patients and customers In the lobby and at the entrances into Thomson Medical Centre (TMC). Who You'll Work With

Role Requirement

About the role

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the Logistics department in providing seamless and customer-focused

Job Scope:
- Handle Day-To-Day Business Operations of Singapore's #1 Education Agency
- Attend to interested clients via various forms of warm leads (form orders, calls, WhatsApp, etc)

- Coordinate and arrange 1st tuition lesson for both clients and tutors

Responsibilities:

• Provide and maintain high standard of service excellence to patients, caregivers, and colleagues.
• Preparation of clinic for daily operations prior to opening and facilitate proper handover at the end of each clinic session and at end closing time.
• Assist doctors and act as chaperones during in-clinic consultations and teleconsultations, providing translation support when necessary.
• Timely follow-up of administrative tasks after clinic sessions, including handling inquiries, educating patients on managing appointments and making payments online e.g., using HealthHub, and scheduling appointments promptly.
• Handle counter duties with precision for accurate registration and billing.

Porsche Singapore is seeking an experienced Manager Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to lead the CRM and the in-house Customer Interaction Centre. This role is responsible for governing the customer experience journey through strategic planning, market research, and data-driven insights. The successful candidate will drive customer excitement, satisfaction, and brand loyalty to achieve and exceed KPIs.

• Manage, lead, motivate and empower the Customer Relationship Management Team within the Marketing department
• Manage and lead the in-house Customer Interaction Centre to strengthen luxury positioning and create customer excitement across virtual touchpoints (online chat, social media, inbound and outbound calls, and emails), including handling VVIPs and escalated cases.
• Plan and execute initiatives to drive customer excitement, satisfaction, and brand loyalty through exceptional experiences across all digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring seamless channel integration and a consistently unique brand experience for customers, prospects, and fans, with a focus on achieving and exceeding KPIs.
• Govern the customer experience journey across all channels in alignment with brand positioning, including defining and documenting the journey from prospecting to post-purchase, creating detailed contact plans, leading innovative enhancements to customer touchpoints, and partnering closely with Sales, Aftersales, and Importer teams to ensure a seamless experience and foster long-lasting relationships while increasing customer lifetime value.
• Oversee the Sales Funnel Management by pre-qualifying leads in close collaboration with Sales team and maintaining the CRM system with lead, customer, and vehicle data
• Ensure that all customer information and data are fed into the CRM system, enrich it with market research data (e.g. customer satisfaction survey, market studies) and provide data driven customer insights and recommendations to relevant stakeholders across the organisation
• Conduct data analysis to identify gaps in the customer journey and opportunities for innovation and customer excitement, and create programmes by applying the insights gained into actionable and measurable steps

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or communications, or a related field. 
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience, preferably in the Automotive, Airlines or Luxury industry. 
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM Systems (e.g. SAP, Salesforce) 
• A team player with excellent leadership, people management, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, capable of interacting effectively with stakeholders while inspiring and motivating team members.
