NTU Shared Services (NSS) is a centralized unit within Nanyang Technological University (NTU) that provides a wide range of administrative, operational, and support services to various departments and units within the university. The Assistant Manager, as a member of NTU Shared Services (NSS) IT Team, is responsible for overseeing Service Desk operations, leading initiatives to enhance and optimize Access Control requests to ensure exceptional service delivery.
