Job Scope:
1. Formulate best route-to-market strategies in various Asia countries as the first scope but not limited.
2. Develop mid-term customer development function structure for effectively expanding business opportunity from group wide perspective and propose implementation plan to Japan Headquarter.
3. Build firm and strong relationship with Japan Headquarter, Asia countries sales/customer development functions so to implement effective plan for regional customer development.
4. Support the project owner and project leader in developing mid-term goals from customer development perspectives and ensuring effective communication and alignment with Japan headquarter.
5. Nurture effective relationships with various customers across various countries to gain deep insights into rapidly changing market needs and future trends, and incorporate these insights into mid- and short-term business and customer development plans.
Requirement:
1. Minimum 15 years’ experience in FMCG industry sales/customer development function
2. Master’s/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background
3. Strong professional experience in key account management, business development and trade marketing.
4. Proficiency in spoken and written Japanese is preferred to facilitate effective communication and collaboration to Japan Headquarter as well as cross-functional team.
5. Good interpersonal skills and experience to work in multi countries.
