The role:

This role not only governs operation vendors to provide daily IT operation support to business users but also requires very hands-on work resolving and preparing incident reports for critical/P1 incidents. • Liaise with the customers and sub-contractors to facilitate the maintenance

Requirements:

• Nitec in Electronic or Electrical Engineering
• 2 years of hands-on experience in carrying out off-site trouble shooting of any electrical and electronics system.

Job Descriptions:

• Handle customers’ shipments.
• Co-ordinate & Liaise with vendors between customers and transporters, warehouse etc
