Manage Relationship with business on Run service

The role:

This role not only governs operation vendors to provide daily IT operation support to business users but also requires very hands-on work resolving and preparing incident reports for critical/P1 incidents. Job scope:

• Client Service Officer (CSO) within the team covering institutional investors active in public markets i.e. asset managers, hedge funds and family offices who trade actively in public markets.
• Support the public markets team RMs in client KYC documentation, account opening and onboarding.
• Assist RMs in fixed deposit (FD) matters such as placements, rollovers, withdrawals.
