• Maintain the Sales team monthly targets reflecting the appropriate balance between achievable and motivating sales outcomes with a core focus on driving a strategic growth objective with profitability.
• Monitor customer responsibilities to ensure a balanced portfolio between teams with an appropriate commission objective for individuals and room to nurture customers alongside new business.

New Business Development

• Maintain a core team focus on basket growth to achieve additional product and categories in current customers.
• Engage closely with the Business Development and Procurement teams to grow sales in identified strategic brands and categories, ensuring that they have the relevant market intelligence, customer engagement and promotional execution from the sales team to ensure success.
• Be hands on alongside the sales team in development of strategic customer opportunities in identified channels, building on the existing supply chain to expand market coverage.
• Identify and grow new specialist channels as the industry develops.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Business Development team to deliver marketing programs that offer customers tangible value opportunities and drive increased sales.

Staff Management and Development

• Recruit new sales team members who have the required skills, an appetite to learn and enthusiasm for the contribution sales team make to the business.
• Identify the team behaviours, competencies and outcomes that contribute to success and support each team member to achieve these, reflected as the highest standards of service and support to the customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Business, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Minimum 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in Sales
• Experience in leading high performing sales team
• Proven sales experience in Food industry
• High competence in stakeholder management

• Communicating with Wise's business customers and helping them over the phone and via email whilst forming valuable, long-lasting relationships.

About you:

• Hold a Singaporean citizenship or permanent residency (please note we cannot support Visas for this role)
• You have previous B2B customer support experience preferably in banking, internet, tech, and telecommunication industries, or international customer care centres
• Previous experience in Customer Success, B2B Business Development or B2B sales is ideal
• Your verbal and written English skills are excellent - Phone, emails, (and potentially) chat contacts are the main responsibility for this role, so clear communication in English is key, and we'll be evaluating yours all the way from your application through the end of the process

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver consistent good customer service including inquiries, and complaints at all times
• Be customer-centric with both internal and external stakeholders via all communication channels.

• Advise and promote the value of our NTUC Health services to the customers.
• Address enquiries, referrals, scheduling of appointments and other support required from the various communication channels; recommend relevant services within NTUC Health to address the needs of the stakeholders.
